More than 269,000 Jeribs of Land Registered in Paktia

The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, through the State Land Bank Programme, so far registered 269,27 jeribs (5,385.4) hectares) of land in eastern Paktia province.

Out of the total; 265,645 jeribs (53,129 hectares) of land – divided into 3,382 portions - is unused land and the remaining 3,382 jeribs (676.4 hectares) is state-owned land and public properties under state institutions use.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far registered 5,899,379 jeribs (1,179,876 hectares) of state-owned land and public properties under state institutions use that is divided in 6,361 portions in 28 provinces of the country.
