With the adoption of Housing Policy at the Supreme Council for Urban Development, the necessary conditions for the provision of housing for compatriots, including the low income, middle income and high incomes, have been facilitated, and with the implementation of this policy; suitable housing for teachers, officers and heirs of security martyrs And the defense of the country, assured, returnees and internally displaced people, government officials and all sectors of society. In order to implement these plans, the Housing Trust Fund will be funded from various sources.

Using lands registered in the State Land Bank; 12,000 jeribs of land, including 16,000 salary scores from the ministry, were allocated to Nangarhar, Herat and Kabul provinces, and all stages of land survey and land planning, including its detailed plan, were completed.
