The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, is constructing the basic appellate building in the Aino Meena settlement of southern Kandahar province.
The four floors building will be constructed on 1400m² of land at an estimated cost of 800,000,000 AFN which is funded by the developmental budget of the ministry.
