200 Jeribs of Land Restituted in Balkh

In proceed of restituting grabbed state land, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has restituted 200 jeribs (40 hectares) of land in northwestern Balkh province.

Moreover, the land was under usurpers use in Kaldar district from the past many years, however, in order to implement developmental projects, the ministry has provided better circumstances for its effective use.

The Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far has restituted 500,000 jeribs (100,000 hectares) of state-owned land out of which 15,744 jeribs (3,148.8 hectares) of state land is in Balkh province.
