Over 98,000 Houses Registered in Balkh
In proceed of Programme for Registration of Urban Informal Settlement (PRUIS), the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has surveyed and registered 98,656 informal houses in Balkh district and many other areas of Mazar e Sharif, the provincial city of northern Balkh province.
Further, the MUDL has started the registration process of informal houses in the cities of Kabul, Herat, Mazar e Sharif, Jalal Abad, Kandahar, Farah, Bamian, and Nili the provincial city of Daikundi province which totally of 871,195 houses have been registered so far
