Over 323,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Paktika

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 323,853 Jeribs (64,770 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 134 portions throughout eastern Paktika province.

Out of the total; 6,105 jeribs (1,221 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 317,748 jeribs (63,549 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered 6,919,515 jeribs (1,383,903 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 7012 portions in 32 provinces of the country.
