Over 250K Jeribs of Land Registered in Kabul
In proceed of state land registering, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has surveyed and registered 258,253 jeribs (51,650 hectares) of state-owned land and public properties under state institutions use in Kabul.
Out of the total; 250,077 jeribs (50015.4 hectares) is unused and the remaining 8,176 jeribs (1,635.2 hectares) are public properties under state institutions use land that is divided into 260 portions.
the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has started state-owned land surveying and registering in order to find out the exact numbers of the land and along with restitutions the path will be paved for the implementation for public projects across the country.
Moreover, the ministry in the past one year has surveyed and registered more than 5.5 million jeribs of land throughout the country and has also provided opportunities for its effective use and implementation of public projects.
