Over 238,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Khost

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 238,352 jeribs (47,670.4 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 255 portions throughout southeastern Khost province.

Out of the total; 11,344 jeribs (2,268.8 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 227,008 jeribs (45,401.6 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered 6,811,482 jeribs (1,362,296.4 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 6,939 portions in 31 provinces of the country.
