Over 164,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Maidan Wardak

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 164,600 Jeribs (32,920 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 211 portions throughout central Maidan Wardak province.

Out of the total; 4,247 jeribs (849.4 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 160,353 jeribs (32,070.6 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered 6,811,482 jeribs (1,362,296.4 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 6,939 portions in 31 provinces of the country.
