Over 1,000 OCs Distributed in Kabul
In proceed of the Programme for Registration of Urban Informal Settlements (PRUIS), the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has distributed 1,030 occupancy certificates to the residents of informal areas of 8th district of Kabul.
Moreover, since two years of the initiative in Kabul, Herat, Mazar-e-Sharif, Jalalabad, Kandahar, Farah, Bamyan and Nili, has so far registered 800,000 houses and in meantime has distributed 30,000 occupancy certificates.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, is determined to register 1,000,000 houses in the respective cities by the end of this year and distribute 130,000 occupancy certificates.
