Over 171,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Maidan Wardak

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 171,330 Jeribs (34,266 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 213 portions throughout Maidan Wardak province.

Out of the total; 4,247 jeribs (849 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 167,083 jeribs (33,416 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered 6,919,515 jeribs (1,383,903 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 7012 portions into 32 provinces of the country.
