MUDL Acting Minister Meets Kapisa Governor

H.E Mohammad Jawad Peikar, Acting Minister of Urban Development and Land – MUDL in a meeting with Mr. Abdul Latif Murad, governor of Kapisa province, discussed on administrative complex, guest house, surrounding wall and strategic plan for Hesa Awal Kohistan district the province.

Initially, Mr. Murad appreciated the ministry attention paid in implementation of the constructional projects in the province also provided some suggestions regarding these projects.

Subsequently, H.E Mohammad Jawad Peikar, while appreciating Kapisa governor role in implementation of constructional projects, tasked the General Directorate of Urban Planning to prepare Hisai Awal Kohisatn district strategic plan for approval.

He also guided the Directorate of Procurement to finalize Kapisa administrative complex and surrounding wall’s procurement procedure in cooperation with constructed company in order to eradicate obstacles in the regard. In the meantime, he asked the Directorate of Procurement and Afghanistan Stability Programme (ASP) to accelerate the province guest house construction work.

Moreover, H.E Mohammad Jawad Peikar asked the governor to prepare a proposal for transferring of 17 jeribs (3.4 hectares) of land for the guest house to be approved by the cabinet and finalize its transferring.

In addition, the Acting Minister of Urban Development and Land on Mahmod Raqi township plots, asked the governor to parcel the plots to the beneficiaries according to a proper procedure.

At the end of the meeting, both sides emphasized on quick implementation of constructional projects in the province.
