The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has started construction work of Khalifa Mosque in central Charikar city of northern Parwan province.
Moreover, the mosque is being constructed on 350 square meters of land in two floors at a cost of about 16,100,000 AFN, funded by the development budget of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land.
