The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has started construction work of library in university in PD6 of Faiz Abad the provincial city of northern Badakhshan province.
The three floors library will be constructed on 645-meter squares of land at an estimated cost of 36,000,000 AFN which is funded by development budget of the Ministry of Higher Education.
