The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has started construction work of a dormitory for girls in the capital of northwestern Badghis province.
The four floors dormitory will be constructed on 1200m² of land, cost of 78,400,000 AFN, funded by the developmental budget of the World Bank.
