Consolidation and Assessment of 500kw Completed in Parwan
Based on the report from the Directorate of Public Projects of Coordination Affairs of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, land consolidation and assessment work of the 175 pylon areas have been completed in Parwan province, which has facilitated the transfer of electricity to the capital Kabul and some southern and eastern provinces of the country.
Out of the total; 152 areas are state-owned property and the remaining 23 areas are private land, which encompassed the areas from Salang district to the Khalaza-e village of Parwan province along the way to Kabul.
In addition to the completion of consolidation of pylon areas as power transmission corridor of 500kw the Ministry of Urban Development and Land as permanent way has undertaken the consolidation of the road along the way.
Moreover, by the complete implementation of the project, in addition to resolving the problem of power load shading in Kabul and 6 other provinces Logar, Maidan Wardak, Ghazni, Kandahar, Nangarhar and Kunar provinces will be facilitated from electricity.
