Acting Minister of MUDL Meets Daikundi Governor

Acting Minister of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, H.E Muhammad Jawad Peikar in a meeting with governor of Daikundi, Mr. Sayed Anwar Rahmati, discussed on vision and implementation of developmental and economic projects of the province.
Initially, Mr. Rahmati expressed his appreciation regarding implementation of economic and developmental projects of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land also praised role of the ministry in land management and deployment of clearance team to the province.
Meanwhile, he also provided suggestion regarding preparation and improvement of comprehensive plans of Nili city, the provincial capital, and Shahristan district also preparation of comprehensive plans for martyr’s township, administrative complex as well distribution of occupancy certificates and providing of more financial and human resources to the province.
Subsequently, H.E Muhammad Jawad Peikar appreciated Mr. Rahmati’s collaboration regarding implementation of programmes and economic and developmental projects in the province adding that Daikundi is a top priority for the MUDL and the ministry has always strived to take solid steps in land management and urban development in the province.
In the meantime, the acting minister of MUDL directed the relevant directorates to prepare and edit comprehensive plans of Nili city and Shahristan district adding to deploy a team in order to completely study and prepare a strategic plan for the district.
In addition, H.E Muhammad Jawad Peikar guided the General Directorate of Planning to prepare martyr’s township plan in close coordination with governor office and asked Daikundi governor to coordinate with private section on a clear draft preparation and townships building.
He also indicated to the Directorate of Urban Development and Land of Daikundi to sharpen occupancy certificate distribution to the resident living in urban informal areas in order to achieve goals and directed the directorate to pay attention in construction of Daikundi administrative complex and increase financial and human resources in the upcoming solar year, 1399.
At last but not least, both sides have once again emphasized the need to accelerate the process of project implementation, strengthen the level of cooperation and coordination, and build the capacity to implement productive and impactful activities on people's lives.
