Preparation and Approval of 14 Plans in Past one Year
The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL in the past one year has prepared and approved 14 comprehensive plans through central urban directorate, which will be operationalized after approval.
Moreover, the plans are designed for the first and second phase of Saloon Township and Karte Mamoreen in Paktia, Martyrs Township, Ashab Baba and Karte Mamoreen in Logar, Sadat Township in Herat, Qasim Abad and Zarawar Zahid Township in Nangarhar, Paroon city the central city of Nuristan, Sharan city the center of Paktika province and Miramar, Kajran and Geeti districts of Daikundi province.
Additionally, the comprehensive plan is a technical document that is based on the criteria of the master plan in city; the plans are based on strategic planning and how to use urban land considering the areas is prepared and the location, exact area of the land, elements, urban installations and infrastructural network are going to be exactly consolidated and valuated.
