Over 67,000 Jeribs of Pasture Land Surveyed in Ghor
In proceed of survey, lining and registration of pastures in the country, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has surveyed and registered 67,291 jeribs (13,458.2 hectares) of pasture land in Piroz Koh district of central Ghor province.
Moreover, the MUDL has recently, surveyed and registered 1,641,013 jeribs (328,202.6 hectares) of private and public pastures in 28 provinces of the country.
Furthermore, the implementation of consolidation, registration and lining of pastures, will provide opportunity for optimal use of the pastures as the national wealth of the Afghan people and providing favorable conditions for self-sufficiency in economic and livestock, which will fundamentally change the lives of people.
