Over 418,000 Jeribs of Pasture Registered in Kandahar
In proceed of surveying, lining and registering pastures, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 418,279 jeribs (83,655.8 hectares) of pasture divided into 36 portions throughout southern Kandahar province.
Moreover, since the initiative, the MUDL, has so far registered 5,650,701 jeribs (1,130,140.2 hectares) of pasture in 28 provinces of the country.
Furthermore, the implementation of the project will strengthen local governance, increase people’s access to public service, create job opportunities and through this initiative the MUDL, strives to facilitate the implementation of public and development projects in the country.
