Over 414,000 Jeribs of Land Registered in Nangarhar

In proceed of State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 414,219 jeribs (82,843.8 hectares) of state-owned land and property in eastern Nangarhar province.

Out of the total; 26,207 jeribs (5,241.4 hectares) of land, divided into 105 portions, is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 388,012 jeribs (77,602.4 hectares) of land, divided into 132 portions, is yet to be used throughout the province.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far surveyed, registered and mapped 5,237,946 jeribs (1,047,589.2 hectares) of state land and property in 5,878 portions throughout the country.
