Over 321,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Paktia

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 321,192 jeribs (64,238.4 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 294 portions in eastern Paktia province.

Out of the total; 1,863 jeribs (372.6 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 319,329 jeribs (63,865.8 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered 6,811,482 jeribs (1,362,296.4 hectares) of state land and properties in 31 provinces of the country.
