Over 268,900 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Pakika

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land- MUDL has registered 268,927 jeribs (53,785.4 hectares) of state-owned land and public properties under state institutions use in eastern Paktika province.

Out of the total; 6,105 jeribs (1,221 hectares) are public properties under the state institutions use and the remaining 262,822 jeribs (52,564.4 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered more than 6,000,000 jeribs (1,200,000 hectares) of state land and is determined to register state land in order to implement public projects throughout the country.
