Over 217,000 Jeribs of Land Surveyed in Herat
In proceed of State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has surveyed 217,557 jeribs (43511.4 hectares) of state-owned land and public properties under state institutions use in western Herat province.
Out of the total; 12,156 jeribs (2431.2 hectares) of land, divided into 25 portions, is state-owned land and the remaining 205,401 jeribs (41,080.2 hectares) of land, divided into 83 portions, is yet to be used throughout the province.
Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far surveyed, mapped, and registered more than 5,237,946 jeribs (1,047,589.2 hectares) of state land and property, divided into 5,878 portions throughout the country.
