Over 200 Jeribs of Land Transfers in Paktika
In proceed of transferring state land to applicant institution, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has transferred 250 jeribs of unused state land in eastern Paktika province.
However, the land is situated in capital city Sharan, which is transferred based on the request from the Ministry of Higher Education to construct university.
The Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far transferred more than 250,000 jeribs (50,000 hectares) of unused state land to applicant institutions, has accelerated the implementation of developmental projects throughout the country and from this way it strengthens local governance.
