Over 183,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Badghis

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has registered 183,573 jeribs (36,714.6 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 150 portions throughout northeastern Badghis province.

Out of the total; 993 jeribs (198.6 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 182,580 jeribs (36,516 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered 6,500,000 jeribs (1,300,000 hectares) of state land and public properties in 28 provinces of the country.
