Over 118,800 Jeribs of Land Registered in Maidan Wardak
In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has so far registered 118,867 jeribs (23,773.4 hectares) of state-owned land and public properties under state institutions use Maidan Wardak province.
Out of the total; 5740 jeribs (1,148 hectares) of public land is under the use of state and the remaining 113,127 jeribs (22,625.4 hectares) of land is yet to be used.
Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered about 6,000,000 jeribs (1,200,000 hectares) of state land and is determined to register state land and use it to implement public projects throughout the country.
