د سرپل ولایت د ښار جوړولو او ځمکو ریاست تر اوسه پورې ۹۰۹ زره ۲۳ افغانۍ د اجارې له درکه راټولې کړي دي.

پورتنۍ پیسې د دې ولایت له مرکز او ولسوالیو څخه د اجاره دارانو څخه د دولتي ځمکو د اجارې ، دکادستري خدمتونواومعلوماتو، مخابراتي انتنونو او د تېرو کلونو د پاتې نورو پیسو څخه راټولې شوې دي.

د ښار جوړولو او ځمکو وزارت له تغییر وروسته د ځمکو او دولتي ملکیتونو له کرایې څخه لسګونه میلیونه افغانۍ راټولې کړې او دولتي خزانې ته یې سپارلي دی.
