In proceed of Programme for Registration of Urban Informal Settlement (PRUIS), the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has recently started the distribution process of 16,389 Occupancy Certificates (OCs) to the residents of urban informal areas in Herat.
Out of the total; 6,205 occupancy certificates have been distributed and the remaining 10,184 OCs are under distribution programme.
