Through the property consolidation right, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has provided the condition for practical work of constructing the telecommunication road of southern Kandahar province.

Moreover, for value assessment on the route, 14 properties have been consolidated.

Furthermore, based on the regulation of linear projects, the MUDL has the responsibility of property consolidation right, pricing and value assessment.
