MUDL Leadership Committed in Fight Against Corruption
Meeting of the officials of construction companies of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, with the joint participation of Ms. Khatera Sadaat, Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration, Mr. Naseem Khaliq, Deputy Ministry of Construction Affairs, Mr. Mohammad Ghows Ghowsi, Chief of Staff and Mr. Amin Habibi, Office Advisor, took place in conference hall of the ministry.
Moreover, the officials of the contracting companies mentioned the time consuming nature of the administrative process, the lack of necessary coordination and specific procedures, the non-payment of the companies on time, the technical problems in designing the plans and the extension of the semi-finished projects as their main and serious problems. Asked The MUDL for solving the problems and creating a comprehensive and transparent system.
Subsequently, Mr. Naseem Khaliq, Deputy Minister of Construction Affairs, assured the officials of the contracting companies that the leadership of the Ministry of Urban Development and the land is committed to fundamental reforms and fight against corruption.
Furthermore, Ms. Khatera Sadat, Deputy Minister of Finance and administration, told the officials of the contracting companies that the current leadership of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land is working on combating corruption and speeding up the work on a comprehensive procedure that will be implemented in the near future.
In the end, Mohammad Ghows Ghowsi assured officials of the companies of serious attention paid by Mr. Mahmood Karzai, Acting Minister of Urban Development and Land to the construction projects and solving the problems of the contract officials.
