The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has started construction work of a 10-class school in Pahan Dara village of Yaftal Payan district of northern Badakhshan province.
Moreover, the school will be constructed on 670 square meters of land on two floors at a cost of 27,600,000 AFN, funded by the development budget of the ministry.
