According to Article 76 of the new municipal law, the management, care and effective use of property and land are among the major responsibilities of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land. The survey and registration of state land began in the country and during the past year, surveyed and registered about 4 million acres of land and state property, and, with this government initiative, not only the usurpation of state land was prevented, but the proper conditions The rational use of land as a fixed asset has also been encouraged for generations to come. The ministry is scheduled to announce 20 large and medium-sized investment projects worth 1.5 billion dollars in land and government property in Kabul and other provinces, which will be a good example of the effective use of land and public properties. With the use of land and state-owned real estate, some parts of the city will be reset, which affects the reduction of urban traffic congestion and the development of green and public areas within cities.
